OptiGlow Plasma System
The OptiGlow plasma system features an aluminum chamber and a 100 kHz RF Generator with Fixed Match Network preset at 50 Watts power.
The pump is built into the system. Simply plug in the OptiGlow plasma system and you are ready to process.
The OptiGlow plasma system is designed to use room air as the process gas.
No tuning is necessary and a robust plasma glow is automatically generated on every run.
